A Case of Krukenberg Tumor with Stomach Caner

Abstract
|
|
|
We operated on a patient with ovarian tumor who had taken surgery for stomach cancer 17 months before. Gross finding of the specimen was bilateral solid ovarian tumor, the left-goose egg sized ovoid shape with smooth surface and the right -double fist sized kidney shape with nodular surface.
Microscopic examination revealed typical Krukenberg tumor :showing similar cellular pattern noted in the stomach.
